Sales Executive (Commission Based Only)(Fully Remote – work from home)

£1,000 to £5,000 a month

This role will be commission based only (no base salary) with it being a newly created role. We have an extremely high number of incoming leads via email, phone, chat and other channels.

The right candidate will grow into a full-time based position with salary and benefits.

Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative will play an instrumental role in driving growth for the business by strategically prospecting with impactful messaging. We’re looking for a collaborative, competitive and hard-working individual with true entrepreneurial spirit. This is a multifaceted role aligning sales and marketing teams to generate targeted awareness of our Modern Governance Solutions, drive outbound opportunities and accelerate new partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients via a multichannel approach at high volume with an eye toward exceeding expectations.
  • Qualifying leads generated by marketing and making the first contact with those accounts to generate interest
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors
  • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects
  • Coordinate consultations on account executive’s calendar and log activities.
  • Exceed quota qualified consultations on second full-time month

Qualifications:

  • A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle, handoff to Customer Success)
  • Shown creative problem-solving approach
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate unique proposition of the product and obtain product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
  • High energy and positive attitude

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a I.T environment but not essential.
  • You will be very passionate about your role.
  • You are bright, motivated, enthusiastic and a definite self-starter.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written, telephone and presentation skills.
  • You are extremely organised and take pride in your work.
  • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Flexible with an enormous amount of initiative
  • we receive leads 7 days per week
  • This role will require flexibility and for you to be on top of these leads.
  • Able to work individually.
